​VWAP or Volume Weighted Average Price is the average price of a stock, adjusted for its volume. It is calculated during a traded session by considering the total trading value of the stock and dividing it by the number of shares traded​

Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini (Fila), the Italian pencil manufacturer, has announced plans for an IPO for its Indian subsidiary, DOMS, with the IPO due to take place later in 2019. Fila plans to offer €90m in share capital to investors, while still remaining the largest shareholder in the company.

At the operating level, EBITDA before ESOP improves to Rs 84 crore, with margins at 4%, driven by increase in contribution margin and operating leverage. Revenue from payments business is up 31% YoY to Rs 1,414 crore in the quarter

The drop in net worth to $234.4 billion is the seventh-largest decline ever among those in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, and further narrows the wealth gap between Musk and Bernard Arnault, the world’s two richest people. Musk’s fortune still exceeds that of Arnault, chairman of luxury goods maker LVMH, by about $33 billion.
