Treasuries have been sold off in the past few weeks after strong retail sales and other data underscored the resilience of the U.S. economy. That along with easing inflation has put a lid on fears of a looming recession.

In a long-awaited regulatory filing Monday, Arm said the offering is being led by Barclays Plc, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Mizuho Financial Group Inc. The document listed 24 other underwriters below that top tier — with Morgan Stanley notably absent.

Disappointment at the meagre move saw Chinese blue chips ease 0.3%, while the Australian dollar took a dip as a liquid proxy for China risk. Investors have been hoping for a repeat of the massive fiscal spending that has juiced the economy in the past, but Beijing seems reluctant to add to its borrowing tasks.

The Fed is likely done raising interest rates, according to a strong majority of economists polled by Reuters, and a slight majority now expect the central bank to wait at least through end-March before cutting them.

The dollar made a gain of 0.7% on the euro last week, inched ahead on the yen and surged by more than 1% on the Antipodean currencies as U.S. Treasury yields leapt in anticipation of interest rates staying higher for longer.

According to the exchange filing, the company will launch seven such series with tenure of 24 months for Series I & II; 33 months for Series III & IV; 50 months for Series V & VI and 60 months for Series VI & VII.

Global investors are also wary of the effects of China’s weakening economy, which has added to worries about inflation and high interest rates in Europe and the United States. On Friday, European stocks mostly fell and the S&P 500 was flat. The U.S. benchmark index is on track to record its third consecutive weekly decline.

“The company is not engaged in talks with TAQA for their investment in the company,” Adani Energy Solutions said in an exchange notification on Friday.
